"Terrible Experience"
I purchased an iPhone on eBay, and it was supposed to show up in 2 days, but it actually came two days late. Had to grab another phone just to keep my business running. I sent the item back to the seller, and then out of nowhere, my eBay account gets restricted for good, with no refund in sight!

I can't reach anyone for help, so I'm planning to head to small claims court tomorrow.

"Purchased four phones and they've been awesome"
Over the years, I've snagged four refurbished Glaxaxy phones from this seller. I ain't into buying new phones, so I prefer to wait a bit and grab some 'older models' that are still in great shape. I got two S5's and then, about four years later, two S7's. Each of these phones has been amazing! I just checked out the store, hoping to grab two S20+, but it looks like it's all out. This seller has proven to be reliable, and now I'm kinda worried about getting from someone else. WHERE ARE YOU MYWIT?!

"Just got a phone in Renewed condition..."
I just got a phone in Renewed condition. Honestly, it looked almost brand new, no scratches at all, and activating it was a breeze. I didn’t opt for Overnight Shipping, but later that night, I got a text from FedEx saying my package would arrive the next day and that someone had to be there to sign for it. I had to mention that because it was a FANTASTIC experience. I really wish I could give it more than five stars.

I recently purchased a phone in Renewed condition. The phone’s condition was practically new, no scratches, no problems to activate, I didn’t get Overnight Shipping yet the same day later at night FedEx texts that I was to receive my package the next day that someone needed to be available to sign. Needed to leave that out because it was a GREAT experience. I wish I could give more stars.

"Deceptive Practices"
I've made two successful purchases with them over the last six months. This past Tuesday, I placed another order, but it quickly went from being on hold to being marked as closed. I reached out to several representatives, including a manager named Suki, to figure out why my order got canceled. All they could tell me was that my order was flagged due to their risk assessments. They claimed it was an issue between the bank and their system, and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I even asked the manager, who called me after I waited ages for a supervisor that never showed up, if creating a new account and placing an order would help. She said it would probably get canceled for the same reasons. I was just trying to see if it was really a system glitch, like they said. While chatting with another rep to sort things out, the same cancellation happened again. Today, I discovered that these folks are the BIGGEST LIARS. A family member created an account and placed an order, and it didn’t get canceled within the first few hours like mine did. It was on hold overnight and then closed this morning. This clearly shows it’s them pulling the strings all along. I still don’t understand why my orders were canceled, and I kept trying because of their prices, thinking it was just a glitch. I feel hurt and offended by how they handled everything, especially since they were dishonest with me the whole time. But looking at other reviews, maybe it’s for the best.

"They are liars"
I've placed 2 successful orders with them in the past 6 months. On Tuesday I placed another order and it went from on hold to closed. I spoke with multiple reps including a manager named Suki trying to find out why my order was canceled and all they "said" they knew was that my order exceeded their risk assessments. It was between the bank and the system and there was nothing they could do to override it. I even asked the manager over the phone who called me privately after waiting for hours for supervisors to reach out to me who never did, if I make a new account and placed an order would that work? She said mostly likely it will be canceled for the same reason. I tried any way to see, since they told me it's the system like it's a computer that's messed up. While I was in chat with a rep trying to see what was wrong, the same thing happened. Today, I found out these people are the BIGGEST LIARS. I had a family member make an account and place an order and it didn't cancel within the first few hours like my orders did. It was on hold overnight and closed this morning. That tells me it's these people behind it all along. I still don't know why they canceled my orders and I only kept trying because of their prices and because I thought it was just a system error. I'm hurt and offended by the situation especially considering that they were lying to me the whole entire time but when I look at some other reviews it was probably for the best.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! SHADY PHONES!! I got the s7 edge. The camera lens is completely shattered and the keypad is acting up. Now I gotta fork out cash to return it. Totally let down. Don't throw your cash away.

"STEER CLEAR OF THIS SELLER! Got a broken phone and they won't cover return shipping :("
Received a defective phone. The charging port was messed up, which is pretty basic to check. Their so-called thorough inspection is a joke! It's practically worthless! I sent the phone back at my own expense, but they wouldn't reimburse the return shipping costs. After waiting a month for them to respond or refund me, I left negative feedback on eBay, and somehow they managed to get that feedback wiped! So, their supposedly good eBay ratings don't really mean a whole lot either :(

Faulty phone received. The charging port was faulty which is the easiest thing to figure out. So much for their gazillion point check. It's worth nothing! I returned the phone at my cost but they refused to refund return postage charges and then when I left -ve ebay feedback after giving them a month to refund charges/get back to me, they had that feedback removed from ebay somehow!! So their decent ebay feedback doesn't mean much either :(

"Terrible online shopping experience"
Upon getting the item, I noticed the fabric was flimsy and transparent. The product turned out to be a knockoff and of really poor quality. The image displayed is totally unlike what you actually get. I can’t say I’d suggest this site for buying stuff online.

"Terrible service - steer clear."
Sent the phone back to them. I tried reaching out multiple times, even had to get eBay involved, and filed a chargeback with my credit card. After almost a month, I finally received my refund. They advertise a nice money-back guarantee, but it didn’t mean squat. Seriously, there are way better options for buying a phone.

"Really poor treatment - avoid."
Phone returned to them. Lots of attempts to contact them from me, an eBay request for intervention, a credit card charge back claim , and finally got my refund after nearly a month. Really nice money back guarantee offered by this company - no questions asked , didn’t mean a thing. Avoid, plenty more places to buy a phone.

"Not Worth Even One Star"
I got the phone for my son's birthday since he asked for it, but it ended up being sent back. Now, they’re ignoring my messages and haven’t given me a refund. So, I'm stuck without the phone and out of pocket. This company is terrible—STAY AWAY!

Just got an XR a few weeks back and I was really impressed. The phone was in excellent shape for a refurbished model. No scratches at all except for a tiny mark near the port, but honestly, you'd think it was brand new. Thanks a ton!
